Privacy & Cookie Statement — Triomf Tours BV
This is an English summary for your convenience. The Dutch version (privacyverklaring) is legally binding and prevails in case of any discrepancy.
What we process and why
- Quote and booking data (name, contact details, trip details, addresses): to prepare your quote, plan the journey and perform the agreement.
- Route calculation: pick-up and destination addresses are sent to our routing provider (OpenRouteService) solely to calculate distance and travel time.
- Payment data: online payments are processed by our payment provider (Mollie); we never store your bank details.
- E-mail: to send confirmations, quotes and invoices.
Retention and sharing
We keep data no longer than necessary for the purpose, or as long as legally required (e.g. tax law: 7 years for invoices). We do not sell your data. Data is only shared with processors needed to deliver our service.
Cookies
This website uses functional cookies and similar techniques (such as localStorage) that are necessary for the website to work, plus anonymised analytics. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify or erase your personal data, and to object to or restrict processing. Contact us at info@triomftours.nl. You may also lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
