Applicable conditions
All transport services of Triomf Tours BV are subject to the official General Transport and Travel Conditions for Coach Transport in the Netherlands (Algemene vervoer- en reisvoorwaarden Busvervoer Nederland), drawn up by Busvervoer Nederland / KNV. These conditions are available at knv.nl and will be sent to you free of charge on request.
Key points
- Quotes are free of charge and without obligation; a booking is final after written confirmation by Triomf Tours.
- Payment is made on account, by iDEAL, debit or credit card. For larger trips a deposit may apply, as stated in the quote.
- Changes and cancellation are governed by the BVN/KNV conditions. Please contact us as early as possible; cancellation costs depend on the period before departure.
- Seat belts are fitted on all seats and must be worn. Instructions of the driver must be followed at all times.
- Liability is limited in accordance with the BVN/KNV conditions and Dutch law.
